Government committed to improving ease of doing business: Qaiser Ahmad Sheikh

Islamabad, July 23:Minister for Board of Investment Qaiser Ahmad Sheikh has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to improving the ease of doing business by advancing regulatory reforms aimed at attracting both domestic and foreign investment. Chairing a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Regulatory Reforms in Islamabad, the minister reviewed progress on the implementation of key reform initiatives.

He emphasized that deregulation is a vital step toward creating a more business-friendly environment, reducing unnecessary procedural hurdles, and facilitating investment. Qaiser Ahmad Sheikh said all proposed reforms have been developed through broad consensus, reflecting the government’s resolve to strengthen Pakistan’s investment climate and support sustainable economic growth.
