Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand Arrives in Islamabad for Bilateral Talks

Islamabad, July 20:Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand arrived in Islamabad for high-level talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar, aimed at further strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and Canada.

Upon her arrival at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anand was warmly received by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar. The meeting is expected to focus on expanding cooperation in key areas, including trade and investment, education, and people-to-people exchanges, while exploring new avenues to deepen the longstanding partnership between the two countries.

The two leaders will also exchange views on regional and global developments of mutual interest, reflecting their shared commitment to enhancing diplomatic engagement and addressing common international challenges through dialogue and cooperation.
