Pakistan’s military has warned India that any fresh conflict could result in “cataclysmic devastation,” following what it called “delusional, provocative and jingoistic” statements from senior Indian defence officials. In a strongly worded statement, the ISPR said Pakistan would respond “swiftly, decisively and destructively” if provoked, accusing India of stoking regional instability and “playing the victim card” for decades.
