Health Minister calls on PM Shehbaz Sharif, briefs him on ongoing projects

Islamabad, July 30: Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination Syed Mustafa Kamal called on Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif to discuss matters of national importance, with a particular focus on the health sector.

During the meeting, the minister briefed the prime minister on the progress of ongoing healthcare projects and key initiatives designed to strengthen disease prevention, improve public health services, and enhance the country’s healthcare system. The discussion also covered strategies for advancing health sector reforms and ensuring effective implementation of priority programmes. In addition, both leaders exchanged views on the prevailing political situation and other issues of mutual interest.
