Pakistan’s trade with Central Asian states has expanded in recent years, reflecting efforts to strengthen regional connectivity and economic ties. However, despite this upward trend, the country’s overall share in Central Asia’s trade remains marginal. Experts stress the need for improved transport links, streamlined trade facilitation, and stronger investment frameworks to unlock the full potential of Pakistan–Central Asia economic cooperation.
