Pakistan, Oman Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Cooperation

Muscat, October 5, 2025 — Pakistan’s Ambassador to Oman, Syed Naveed Safdar Bokhari, held a meeting with His Excellency General Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Nu’mani, Minister of the Royal Office of Oman, to review the state of bilateral relations and explore new avenues for cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to further strengthen mutually beneficial collaboration across diverse sectors including trade, investment, defense, and cultural exchange.

Ambassador Bokhari reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing its longstanding ties with Oman, emphasizing the historical and brotherly relationship shared between the two nations.

The engagement reflects Islamabad’s ongoing efforts to deepen diplomatic and economic linkages with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) partners, fostering regional stability and shared prosperity.
