Kim Jong Un Hosts Vietnam’s General Secretary To Lam in Pyongyang
Pyongyang, October 9, 2025 – General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Kim Jong Un, chaired a grand welcome ceremony in Pyongyang this morning for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam, who arrived with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation on an official state visit to North Korea.
